It’s not often that we get the chance to put these two in front of the camera so when Sarah asked us about doing an anniversary session we were very excited. They claim that they’re awkward in front of the camera but I love these photos, ten years of marriage and they’re very clearly so happy together. Thanks Sarah & Malcolm for including us in your celebration, maybe we can do it again in another 10 years?

Jeline made the moves on Ryan in high school by handcrafting a very unique birthday card, it obviously went over pretty well because here we are for their engagement session! You can tell from these photos that years later, Ryan and Jeline are still making each other very, very happy – they could not stop smiling during our session and with the flowering trees and beautiful evening light we managed to create some pretty stunning images. We are so looking forward to their 2018 wedding. Thanks, Ryan & Jeline!

Ryan and his guys were just back to Swift Current after doing chores – wedding or holiday, the works still needs to be done – and they were about to start suiting up when the Ring Bearer turned to Ryan and said, “I will give you my Swift Current Broncos hat and bring you cookies everyday if I get to marry Angèle instead of you.” Now Ryan really likes cookies but that offer solicited no hesitation as he got into his suit and headed off to meet his stunning bride.

It was an honour to photograph this New Years Eve wedding in Swift Current. Angèle is my cousin and Ryan has become an important part of our crazy, huge family.  Their day was filled with family, friends and love; and the night flew by in blur of dancing, visits and tipsy cups. A truly great celebration, and the perfect way to start a new year. Congratulations, Angèle & Ryan!

There was no stopping the smiles from these two on their wedding day, not even the downpour could put a damper on their moods. It isn’t really surprising considering they got engaged and planned their entire wedding in under two months. Erin and James were clearly excited to be making this commitment and their joy on the big day was tangible – you can see it in the photographs. Congratulations, Erin & James!

Thanksgiving 2016 and there’s snow on the ground! I don’t think Cherie and Raygan were dreaming of a white wedding when they picked their wedding date but they definitely made the most of it, plus the mixed colours that Cherie chose for her girls’ dresses really popped against the snow. These two, their family and their bridal party were so cooperative when we still wanted to do photographs outside in the cold – they were all pros at thinking warm thoughts while we snapped away. We think the results were worth it! Congratulations, Cherie & Raygan!
